I am writing about an advert for Rutland Hotel Sheffield. The main picture is of dancing stick people, doing different daces and at different stages in the night. This has been chosen because it shows that you have a great time and you enjoy yourself when staying at this hotel. The colour scheme and font are very prominent, the fonts on parts of the advert are very different, the colours are very plain, black, white, blue and red. They have used these to stand out from the more colourful adverts, it draws the eyes to the dancing people. The adverts slogan is 'Whatever kind of celebration you want, we've got the venue. This is persuasive because it shows that you can have any kind of celebration you want at that venue and they will be able to hold it. Other persuasive features in the advert are: the dancing people because it shows you can have a good time, the fonts because they draw your attention to the center of the advert. The advert is stereotypical becuase it is hinting that men cannot dance. The target audiance fot this advert is parents and adults.
Overall i think that this advert what it intended to and has done a good job of selling the hotel.
